Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions are shown
to clarify what we expect of you, and of what you can expect of us. This
will hopefully lead to a hassle free transaction process.
NOTE :
your statutory rights are not affected.
We expect that :
- All parts will be fitted by a suitably
competent person, who observes all relevant safety procedures such as working
with the electricity disconnected, using the correct tools, safety equipment,
etc.
- You have correctly diagnosed the
fault(s) on your appliance(s), and the part(s) you are ordering have been
identified as those needed to repair your appliance(s).
- You are not ordering parts to use
for fault finding purposes.
What we will do :
- Supply spare parts that are of high
quality, and which meet relevant manufacturers' safety standards, i.e. we
do not sell inferior quality spares just to be "lowest on price".
- Respect your privacy totally. No
information that you give to us will be used for any purpose other than
to complete your transaction.
- Deliver your spares as quickly as
possible. All stocked items are sent by first class mail and should arrive
within 2 working days.
- Keep you informed of any delays with
your order, such as currently out of stock items, and give a likely delivery
time if possible. If a delivery date cannot be specified, you will be informed
that your order has been placed on a back-order awaiting delivery in which
case you can wait for delivery or cancel your order at any time.
CANCELLATIONS
Legally, you have the right to cancel
your order up to seven days from receiving the parts, but you will be liable
for postage costs for all returned items* (see note below).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
NOTE : Some parts will look different to the original due to manufacturers'
modifications and updates. If you are in any doubt as to whether you have
the correct part,
contact us for
confirmation before returning items.
1).....You may return a part and expect a full refund when :
- The spare you received from us was faulty.
- The spare you received was genuinely damaged in transit.
- The spare you received was the wrong spare caused by an error on our web site*.
- The spare you received was wrongly supplied by ourselves*.
- You have ordered the wrong part and you wish to exchange it for the correct part*.
- You decide, within 7 days of receipt, that you no longer want the part, for any reason.*
- You have ordered the wrong part and would just like to return it. *
* All returned parts must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
* Why?
Because parts that are defaced and/or damaged cannot be resold by us, or returned to our suppliers for
our refund. So
please
**TAKE CARE** with any goods supplied, even when wrongly ordered/supplied.
2).....We will not accept returns when :
- The part has been obviously used, or damaged whilst being fitted to an appliance.
- A part has been sent to you as a special order (agreed by both parties beforehand) and was clearly stated as non-returnable.
- NOTE: At our discretion, we may give a partial refund in such cases.
3).....Handling charges :
We do not impose a handling charge for returned items. Refunds are given in full, but you will have to pay the cost of the return postage.
Items returned with damaged/defaced packaging will be subject to a 10% repackaging charge.
These terms and conditions are designed to offer clarity in the way that we trade, which is to be fair to both our customers and our company.
